What can I do through the Customer Portal and how do I get started?

The customer portal allows you to manage many different things.

You can

  • Register for classes
  • Pay tuition
  • View or edit the children you have enrolled
  • View your child's report card

To get started with the customer portal, Gymagine must have your email address (check with the front desk to make sure they have it), then simply return to this page and follow the directions below.

Once my email address is on file with the gym, how do I log into the Customer Portal ?

  1. Click on the "Sign in to Customer Portal" button to the right
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password or need to get started?" link 
  3. Enter the email address Gymagine has for you
  4. You will be sent an email with your login information
  5. After you login with your temporary password we strongly recommend you change it

Annual Registration Fee and Paying Online

If you are registering online and are either new to GYMagine or your Annual Registration Fee comes due, you will see an additional charge on your account in the amount of the 
registration fee ($45/ child  or $80/per family)
